Iam 78 years old and have traveled a lot, this is the first time my charge card has ever been billed before I arrived at the motel, that is ridiclous I asked to pay cash the card was only to be to hold my room, they said they could not refund, I want be staying again.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and offers a comfy stay. The breakfast had a great variety, perhaps the best I've experienced! Still, I found the noise levels from adjacent rooms a bit bothersome. Parking can be challenging during busy times.

The staff at the hotel were so nice and accommodating to everything we needed. When I called about our reservation, I spoke with Pamela and we laughed and had the best time while she answered my questions. Rylie and Crystal also were wonderful and so helpful while we were there. My husband and I were celebrating our 35th anniversary and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Breakfast was great and changed up a little bit every morning and 100% great! Thank you to all of the staff at the Hampton Inn!!

The only thing missing was there was no hot tub and the water in the pool was a little cold, but that was not a big issue at all. I would suggest that the only thing that could have made the stay 1000% was I there had been a hot tub.

Warm breakfast with potato and oatmeal, for instance, favourable location. Newly renovated, neat room with USB ports and 2 queen beds, as for instance! Location next to the Waffle House, eating places, and several nearby attractions and parks. Also, in a clean area.

Breakfast selection was decent and varied.

I was disappointed with the bathroom cleanliness. There were long hairs on the floor and in the shower that clearly indicated it hadn't been cleaned properly. We found a used bar of soap from the previous guest, just unacceptable. The pool area was unbearably hot. This stay was far from what I expected.

Very inviting, comfortable and would stay there again.

Comfortable Stay with Some Room for Improvement

The newly renovated space was inviting, but the towel rack could use an upgrade for better drying. Make sure to clarify your room number. We had a mix-up with key cards. A great stay!
